Intermediate Architect

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Intermediate Architect to join our team.

You strongly believe in serving those you work with a high level of integrity, quality, and excellence. You are passionate about design and developing drawings to the highest quality. Your Contribution

The focus of this role is to assist the Senior Architects in the production of design and drawings for all phases of the job and a wide range of activities including the following:

  • Design development, technical development, and documentation of projects through all phases in a timely and orderly manner, and with the highest graphic quality
  • Support other team members to evaluate and determine project requirements, ensure work is completed accurately.
  • Using Revit, Rhino and Autocad, produce design development and working drawings of high quality
  • Understand and assist in the development of specifications
  • Assist in managing junior architects.
  • Work with consultants to ensure tight coordination of all drawings and Revit Models.
  • To assist in construction administration of projects What You Bring
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-graduate experience, recently registered or actively working toward registration
  • Technical expertise in consultant coordination and developing specialized details for unique conditions (i.e. envelope, acoustic, etc.)

  • Strong passion and proficiency with Revit, Autocad and Rhino
  • Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of architectural design principles and procedures.
  • Experience working on institutional, cultural, and theatre/concert hall or research lab projects is a strong asset
  • Preference given to Architects with construction administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Thrives in fast paced and constantly changing creative and design environments
